Please note that accurate information is required, as it is XPL's only method of verifying your identity should you need assistance from us. Providing false information may be grounds for your termination from XPL events and deletion of your account.

There is no charge for creating an account XPL. You will only be prompted to pay when you register with a team for participation in a pay-to-play XPL event.

After registering your XPL account, you will be sent an email with a confirmation code that you must enter to complete the registration process. Failure to provide a valid email address will result in the account being deleted after 72 hours.

Newsletter
	After registering for a Membership, you are given the choice of subscribing to our Newsletter. You can either elect to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. All information stored on our database is not shared or sold to any third party what so ever. Subscribers wishing to unsubscribe to our newsletter can uncheck the option in their account, using the 'Your Information' link.
						
Sending to a Friend
	When a visitor chooses to send News, Articles, Reviews, etc, to a friend, the names and e-mail addresses are not logged. The Xtreme Professional League will send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. The Xtreme Professional League will never send another e-mail to the visitor or friend for any purpose.
						
Changes of our Policy
	If and when our policy statement changes, visitors with Memberships in our databases will be notified of the changes, and provided a link to this page to view the changes. If a visitor decides that our policy does not benefit them, they can use the opt-out option at anytime.
